Digital Learning Organisation Maturity - framework version 1.0
This framework is version 1.0 and I'm looking for feedback and insights from all of you, mainly L&D experts. Please feel free to comment or send me a DM! 🙏 🙌
The reason behind creating this framework is to help organisations become digital self-learning & skill-based organisations by providing them with a roadmap or maturity overview.
I have identified 12 areas. 4 for leadership, 4 for the CLO, and 4 for the CIO/CTO. Each area has 3 levels (Level 1 Basic, Level 2 Intermediate, and Level 3 Advanced).
The framework is designed to have clear action steps, criteria to measure, and change management steps to take at each level. I'm looking for help building this framework, so if you're interested, please let me know in the comments or send me a DM. 🙏
